Branding
The LoVely campaign swaps the 'v' for Guinness's harp, a silhouette that already reads naturally as a letterform. It is a quiet typographic move that avoids overworking the logo while giving the word an unmistakable brand accent. The art direction keeps the photography loose and human, letting the device pop without becoming a gimmick.
Across festival ads, Premier League spots and rainy pub scenes, the harp-as-v stays constant. That repetition builds a quiet recognisability, like a signature hiding in plain sight. It is a lesson in extending equity with restraint: the new logo was never needed, only a fresh context for an old mark.
