Aitken turns Richard Neutra’s iconic Tremaine House into a stage for wandering characters, their reflections multiplying across glass and mirrors. The architecture feels both crystalline and haunted, a pleasure prison where identity dissolves into light and shadow. It’s a hypnotic study of modern longing.

Scored by the LA Master Chorale and LA Phil, the piece merges human presence with architectural form. Youth and age circle each other, never quite connecting through the protective glass. The result is visceral and dreamlike, a cinematic meditation on how we search for meaning in an ever-shifting world.
