A 360° creative agency for TV and entertainment, offering key art, social campaigns, EPKs and unit photography.
LxL Creative opens not with a splash but with a dim, deliberate hush. The palette never strays far from smouldering browns and shadowed umber—#28201D, #140E0C, #807861—so the page reads like a contact sheet printed in darkroom silence. That near-monochrome discipline is confident art direction: the work, not the chrome, must carry the light. As the long scroll unfolds, the deep background acts less as a backdrop than as an ambient pressure, giving every photograph and typographic pause cinematic weight. The typographic system is equally careful. Owners Wide, a condensed, almost brutalist display face, is set against Scribo, a soft italic serif, so the manifesto 'Real craft. Real people. Real results.' gains a strange, tactile rhythm—hard fact, human murmur, hard fact. Manrope works in the margins, quiet and precise, letting the large type do the gesturing. Hierarchy is built through contrast of voice rather than size alone; headers arrive, recede, and return like chapters in a storyboard. The spacing is generous, occasionally sparse enough to feel airless, which makes the entrance of any image feel like a release. This is art direction as holding back. For an entertainment agency, the temptation is to blast saturated key art and motion-heavy loops; LxL instead trusts the texture of a half-lit portrait, the grain of a photograph, the stutter of a serif on the word 'people.' The brand atmosphere is less red-carpet buzz and more backstage preparation—the craft before the flashbulbs. In an archive of agency portfolios, this one earns its place by remembering that visual restraint is itself a production value.
