Architecture

Ma Yansong of MAD imagines the building as a floating cloud, with a waterfall spilling from its north lawn. The public grounds, open without a ticket, feature an amphitheater, sculpture, and gardens, including a Yoda statue with Grogu clinging on—a playful nod to the expanding Star Wars saga.

Inside, the narrative art story unfolds from cave paintings to concept art. Elevators evoke the Death Star, while galleries group works by Norman Rockwell, fantasy, and adventure. Anakin's pod racer and the original R2-D2 anchor the cinematic wing, framed by the original illustrations that inspired them.
