Installation

Gluten Studio's Front of House fragments Ragdale House's facade into six flat elements, dispersing them across the lawn to create a distributed stage. The installation rejects a fixed performance platform, instead inviting movement, multiple simultaneous events, and intimate gatherings within its irregular openings.

The disassembled facade shifts between object, stage, and landscape. Viewed from above, the pieces form a recognizable architectural composition; at ground level, the reference dissolves, revealing itself through physical interaction. Designed for reusability, the project embodies a flexible, minimal-waste approach to temporary public space.
